Woah.
This morning we took a break from house rehabbing and headed to the Children's Museum. It was a blast for both of us. Henry loved interacting with the other kids and playing with everything in sight. He exercised his fine and gross motor skills to great extent. I loved not having to say no and restrain him for a couple of hours.
His energy and capabilities have manifested in other not so safe places as well, like when he climbed a ladder at the paint store today. Yikes. That was a little scary. I can't believe that an 18 mo old can scale a ladder. Again, a reminder to be vigilant. We're almost to a point where we can't go out into public because my goal is to always get something else done (grocery shop, shop for paint, etc.) and he needs 100% attention. Arg.
We're getting ready to go back to school/day care/move into our new house. The fall is imminent now and we've got lots to look forward to!
