(Non)Update

Things are carrying on as usual for us these days, for which we are grateful!

Henry continues to expand his vocabulary in ways we have found amusing- "nummy time," "snowman," "ho ho ho," "puppy wolf," "marker box," "Henry Do It," "I Want Some," and singing songs - have brought us joy over the last few days.

He is discriminating in his likes and dislikes - can't get enough canned green beans, but won't touch the fresh ones. He likes cereal as his after school snack. (The other day he picked out all the marshmallows of his Lucky Charms. He is smart!) His favorite stories are "Ho Ho Ho," "Moon," "Ouch!", and "Go Go Dog!" He likes to do things for himself - screw lids on cups, help get ready to go outside, and color. He is obsessed with apple juice (that lead to some pretty "boo boo PUs," ie - diaper rash). If we are anywhere near a "(c)tookie," he'd better get one fast.

We are mostly settled in to our new house. I'm not as anxious to unpack our last batch of boxes, so it will probably happen over Winter Break. We look forward to celebrating Thanksgiving with our family this weekend and moving into our preparations for the Christmas Season. Enjoy the short week!
