For Sale: A piece of shizah house. Tiny house, tiny kitchen, unfinishable attic and basement. Undesirable second bedroom. Bath and kitchen need updating. Unpleasant basement. Girly. Asking price, way too much.
(It helps me regain composure by making fun of the buyers who say mean things about us, er, our house. I can't help but take it personally at this point. Those are all statements made by people who have considered our house. Lord, this is a difficult journey.)

no matter what your house is, its tough to sell right now. We all know its a rough market, but buyers hear so much about the tough selling market that they think they can get a primo house for next to nothing. Fact is, houses still cost a couple hundred thousand dollars.
Funny 'piece of shizah house' comment tho.
