Fourth of July

We spent the 4th of July weekend in Ely visiting our family. It was fantastic. Here are just a few of the many photos taken by our personal photojournalist, Grandpa Rich. We had an awesome time visiting, watching the parade, swimming, tanning, dancing, sauna-ing, fishing, eating, playing Tripoli, sleeping, having campfires, bear-watching, and relaxing. Henry did decent on his 4 and 5.5 hour car rides. He also went underwater for the first time... it was mildly dramatic.

In other news, I still think (along with some others) that teeth are in the near future. No evidence along his gums quite yet, but he sure is drooly and appears a bit rashy around the mouth and diaper area from time to time. Too much information? Perhaps. Otherwise he is happy to play and watch the world around him. He is especially fond of his cats, who are starting to put up with quite a few grabs from the little guy.

And finally, just so you know, Target has their back to school display all organized. Jerks.
